Michael Sharpe-Neal, founder of MSN Property Consultants, has over 35 years’ experience advising clients at the highest levels of the residential property market. He has held senior roles at Rogers Chapman, Hamptons, and Savills, where he spent 20 years as a Divisional Director and Head of Residential Valuations.

At Savills, Michael led one of the firm’s most successful valuation teams, serving on the Valuation Executive and establishing a market-leading reputation for technical excellence and judgement. A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, he has advised on many of the most high-profile residential properties and development schemes in London and across the UK.
